Buying a home in Italy

Did you know that you can buy a home in Italy for as little as 15,000 to 20,000 Euro? While the price tag is tempting, the thought of dealing with a foreign home buying process isn't so much. Italy is famous not just for its beauty and food and wonderful people, but also for its bureaucracy and confusing purchasing processes for foreigners. With our October Home Buying Tour, we're going to ease that confusion and you can learn everything you need to know about buying a home and protecting yourself and your investments. From putting in an offer to property taxes to exchange rates to legal requirements, we'll be covering it all with two English-speaking Italian real estate attorneys who will be on our tour with us. That's an incredible amount of legal advice.

A beautiful Italian home

Our one-of-a-kind tour kicks off in Rome on October 18th. Included in the tour costs are accommodations, transportation during the tour, activities such as wine and olive oil tastings, cooking classes, nature walks, and street food tours, and about 90% of your meals. Also included, (the seriously good deal), is that we'll be accompanied by Claudia Bortolani and Eleonora Cerin, both experienced real estate attorneys, on the the tour in Sabina. They will be with us as we meet with agents and view homes. They'll take time to recap every day with us so we can ask questions and clarify issues. To reiterate, having access to that level of expertise and knowledge is an incredible deal in itself. To consider this tour, you should be ready to buy but in no way is there any obligation. Nor are there any additional fees or hidden costs, nothing tricky.
